Introduction

Are you struggling to know where to start with marketing? Don't have time to think about what is going to increase sales? At The Prepared Group we approach these problems by understanding how your business works. We then build a strategy based on solid business principles, designed to help improve your business. It is marketing tailored to your needs. We focus on your business. Instead of forcing you into a one size fits all plan, we find your biggest opportunities for growth and approach it with our three-step process of Analyze, Plan, and Execute. If this sounds like the approach you want to take in your business, then let's talk.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked small businesses of all sizes. From companies doing 30+ million in revenue to first time entrepreneurs who have yet to launch their business. We enjoy a diverse range of challenges that different industries provide, while also enjoying the summitry of effective marketing principles.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a group that is focused on your business outcomes not simply subject matter experts. From our perspective, many small businesses purchase from the first person who sets out a clear vision to profit, and while this may happen, in our experience, if there isn't a clear understanding of your business and your goals. Purchasing a commodity called "marketing" is far off from the business process of marketing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I believe the most important concepts to consider revolve around how this project will drive a return to the business. If an idea doesn't pencil out, one must strongly examine why it's being executed. Along those be same lines, understanding the numberic measures of success is critical. If you doing have clearly defined targets, hitting them is impossible.
